The Blackfoot Challenge is currently seeking applicants for a full-time Executive Director. Responsibilities include: daily management of the organization, including fundraising, budgeting, program planning and implementation; staff and independent contractor supervision; program oversight, office management; and complying with the legal responsibilities of non-profits. The Executive Director works in close partnership with the Board of Directors to manage the financial health and overall direction of the organization. Essential functions include administrative, fundraising, and outreach/partnership services.

We are seeking individuals with a strong commitment to community-based conservation, an appreciation of watershed group dynamics and resource partnerships, and the capacity to develop innovative solutions to problems.
