Accepting Applications for Forestry Coordinator Position - The Blackfoot Challenge is seeking a half-time employed position responsible for program development and implementation of the forestry program. The Forestry Coordinator will coordinate with other committees and partners as needed, and work with board and staff to promote, educate, assist and provide guidance for program opportunities and events. A bachelor’s degree in forestry, natural resources or related field, and two years experience in forest management are required. Experience in community/natural resource education is desired, as is fundraising and an understanding of watershed group dynamics and natural resource partnerships. Ability to travel across Montana regionally and nationally, and attend meetings in the watershed and surrounding areas is necessary. Salary DOE. Travel expenses are covered.
