Outdoor Learning Sites

The Blackfoot Challenge and its partners have developed a series of outdoor learning sites that are suitable for self-guided tours and open to the public any season of the year.  With a diversity of sites and topics, the outdoor learning sites can be used by professional resource managers to explore issues related to natural resource conservation and stewardship, teachers and schools to enhance their science curriculums with field-based study and exploration, and community members to learn about sound resource stewardship practices applicable to private land management.

The project is in the process of being developed with materials for each site including directions, maps and site-specific summaries and brochures.
